Who is my biological mother?
My name is ts’ai chu fei. I am eager to reunite with my biological parents. Would you please help me?
I am 19 years old. I am probably born in Hsinchu, about 9th of March 1998. However, it was impossible for my biological parents to take care of me. After three weeks, they gave me to Madam Chang in Hsinchu with the aim she took care of me.
I heard one or both of my parents are probably from the Philippine working in the neighborhood of Hsinchu. Madam Chang wanted to adopt me, but it was impossible. Subsequently, because no one knew my biological parents, the government took responsibility of me. When I was 2 years old, I have been adopted by Dutch parents with Cathwel‘s help.
I always asking myself one mainly question: Who is my biological mother? Finding out the answer is very important to me. I have been in Taiwan for three times now and it feels like being home. It makes me more want to know everything of my biological family.
If my story is familiar with you or you know my biological parents, please contact the Child and Juvenile Adoption Information Center, (02)8912-7368. Thank you so much!
